Ron, N0AT and Bill, W0OR arrived ahead of the remainder of the team on Saturday, November 19th and began set up by assembling the TH33 seen at the top of our QTH at Gingerbread Hill, near St. Peters on Montserrat. (see photos)

Tom, K3WT arrived on Monday morning, Nov. 21st, by air on Fly Montserrat, the only airline serving the island.  Gregor, DF7OGO and Vlad, N0STL came over from Antigua on the ferry Wednesday morning, Nov. 23rd.
